Side Seals

What are side seals?

Garage Door Seals are also known as weather-stripping. They are found on the sides of the garage door along the edges. Garage door seals consists of an aluminium strip that gets mounted onto the sidewalls of the garage, with a rubber strip that slides into the aluminium strip and seals onto the door. Comes in standard colours: White, Bronze and Charcoal.

Side seal benefits:

• Acts as a barrier by covering the small gaps and joints between the door body and it’s structural surrounds.
• Helps to keep out rain, dirt, insects and rubbish from your garage.
• Keeps out sea air at coastal areas, making your garage hardware last longer.
• By closing the gaps on the sides between the garage door and the wall it gives your door a neat appearance.
