A sectional garage door is made up of separate sections rather than a single panel; they rise vertically with no loss of driveway space in front of the garage, and provide full opening drive through width & hight, giving extra room for wider/higher vehicles such as 4x4s and MPVs.

Advantages of sectional doors:
- Opens the whole garage door opening (Door lies above lintel when open)
- Seals your opening much tighter (Keeping unwanted dust and rain out)
- You can park your car straight onto your door (With tip-up doors, you must allow +- 2-meter opening space for door to open)
- Suitable for short drive ins.
